By the end of Part 2, you will be able to use AI responsibly to support consulting tasks, including research, analysis, and innovation. You will learn to apply tools such as Market Research techniques, the Business Model Canvas, and SCAMPER ideation frameworks to develop creative and strategic solutions.
Additionally, you will be able to reflect on your approach, integrate insights into coherent recommendations, and demonstrate knowledge of the processes that underpin effective consulting.
Your deliverables for Part 2 include completing the Market Research activity, applying the Business Model Canvas and SCAMPER frameworks to a practical scenario, and submitting a reflection on your learning and use of AI.
